儿科新护士专科护理带教中存在的问题分析及对策

【摘  要】目的：对儿科新护士专科护理带教中存在的问题及对策进行观察与探讨。方法：对2013年12月—2014年12月在我院我院儿科20名新护士进行相关研究，使用调查问卷调查儿科新护士专科护理带教中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。结果：儿科新护士专科护理带教中主要有新护士存在的问题（92.3%）、带教护师存在的问题（65.2%）、环境因素的影响（75.3%）、社会因素的影响（76.4%）、影响新护士静脉穿刺的成功率（87.4%）等问题。结论：儿科新护士专科护理带教中存在多种问题，需做好儿科新护士的教育宣教，实施人性化的专科护理带教和营造良好的工作环境，并进行不断的改善，有效提高儿科新护士的专科护理能力。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe and discuss theproblems and Countermeasures in teaching new nurses in Department ofPediatrics. Methods: 20 new nurses recieved questionnaire investigation ofpediatric nursing education with the existing problems, and tried to pointcorresponding countermeasures. Results: During pediatric nursing teaching, newnurses problem (92.3%), with a nurse to teach (65.2%) and environmental factors(75.3%), social factors (76.4%),Influence of new nurses for vein puncturesuccess rate (87.4%). Conclusion: the new pediatric nursing teaching includesmany problems, need more new pediatric nurse education, the implementation ofhumanized nursing and teaching, a good working environment and continuousimprovement can improve the nursing ability in pediatric.
