冠心病严重程度与瘦素及黏附分子相关研究

【摘 要】目的：探讨瘦素及黏附分子与冠心病患者中的表达情况，分析瘦素及黏附分子与冠心病严重程度的相关性。方法：将82例冠心病患者，依据疾病类型将冠心病患者分为31例的稳定性心绞痛组（SAP组）、28例的不稳定心绞痛组（UA组）及23例的急性心肌梗死组（AMI组），同时选取25例无冠心病的健康体检者组成对照组，对比四组瘦素含量、黏附分子含量及Gensini评分差异，同时分析瘦素及黏附分子含量与Gensini评分相关性。结果：四组间瘦素含量、黏附分子含量及Gensini评分均存在显著差异（P＜0.05），均以AMI组最高，对照组最低。同时经相关性分析显示，Gensini评分与瘦素及黏附分子含量均存在显著的正向直线相关性（P＜0.05）。结论：冠心病患者体内瘦素及黏附分子含量存在差异，且与冠心病严重程度存在显著正向直线相关性。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate expression of the leptin and adhesion molecule in CHD. Methods:82 cases of CHD were divided into 31 cases of stable angina (SAP group), 28cases of unstable angina (UA group) and 23 cases of acute myocardial infarction( group AMI), while selected 25 cases of coronary heart disease-free as controlgroup for inspecting difference of leptin content, adhesion molecules contentand Gensini score. Results: Four groups of leptin content, adhesion moleculescontent and Gensini scores were significantly different (P<0.05), the highest was in AMI group, and the control group wasminimum. At the same time the correlation was s showed, Gensini score andleptin and adhesion molecules levels were significantly apearing positivelinear correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion:Leptin and adhesion molecules in CHD patients are different content, and thereis a significant positive linear correlation with the severity of coronaryartery disease.
