改良简易呼吸器的临床应用

【摘 要】目的：探讨和研究改良简易呼吸器与传统简易呼吸器用于需急诊改善通气患者的疗效。方法：研究对象选取为2013年1月—2014年2月收治的69例需用简易呼吸器急诊改善通气的患者，根据通气方案不同进行分组，对照组31例采用简易呼吸器方案，观察组38例采用改良简易呼吸器方案，对两组患者的抢救成功率、血气分析指标进行统计对比。结果：观察组患者抢救成功率为93.9%，显著高于对照组的80.6%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的意识状况、心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度改善程度均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：改良简易呼吸器能够在患者需要紧急通气的情况下迅速改善患者的通气状况，提高抢救成功率，值得在临床上推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore and study theimprovement of the simple respirator and the traditional simple respirator usedfor improving the efficacy of ventilated patients in emergency. Methods: 69 patientswho were used simple respirator for improving ventilation in emergency of ourhospital from 2013 January to 2014February were divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (38cases) according to ventilation scheme. The control group was used simplerespirator scheme and the observation group was adopted the modified simplerespirator. And then we compared the rescue success rate and analysisindicators for statistical comparison of blood gas of the two groups. Results: Therescue success rate of the observation group was 93.94%, significantly higherthan that of the control group of 80.56%,with significant difference (P<0.05); the improvement degree of groupconsciousness, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation of the observation weresignificantly better than the control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The modified simplerespirator can rapidly improve the ventilation condition of patients inemergency ventilation conditions, which can improve the success rate and is worthyof clinical popularization and application.
