【摘 要】目的：探讨矢气汤对妇科腹式手术术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效，为妇科腹式手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床干预提供依据。方法：选取2012年1月—2014年12月在成都市新都区中医医院妇科住院部接受腹部手术的患者，将160例患者分在对照组、试验两个小组，每组为80例患者。两组均在院内常规治疗的基础上，对照组为不给予其他干预措施，试验组为患者术后6 h分次口服矢气汤200 ml。观察两组术后首次排气时间，术后腹痛、腹胀发生率。SPSS18.0用于数据统计分析。结果：术后首次排气时间的比较，对照组与试验组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后腹痛、腹胀的发生率对照组为40%，试验组为11%。结论：矢气汤能促进妇科腹式手术术后胃肠功能恢复的恢复，可用于临床。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate clinical efficay of theShhiqi decoction on recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction aftergynecological abdominal surgery. Methods: 160 patients, who were in hospital ingenecology department of Xindu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine andaccepted abdominal surgery, were included. The experiment group were included80 patients who took the Shhiqi decoction 200 ml orally in 6 hours afteroperation. The other 80 patients as control. The first exhaust time, theincidence of postoperative abdominal pain/ventosity were collected. Results:There were statistical difference in the first postoperative exhaust time (P＜0.05)between experiment group and control group. The incidence of postoperativeabdominal pain/ventosity was 11% in experiment group than 40% in control group.Conclusion: the Shhiqi decoction could promote the recovery of gastrointestinaldysfunction after gynecological abdominal surgery.
