针灸和整脊联合治疗中风后遗症的临床效果

【摘 要】目的：观察并分析针灸和整脊的联合疗法在中风后遗症的治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取我院共收治200例中风后遗症患者，按照随机的方式将其列入观察组与对照组，每组各为100例。两组患者均进行针灸治疗，在此基础上，观察组加用整脊进行临床治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组患者的治疗有效率相比，观察组（93%）均要显著优于对照组（75%），比较差异有显著性的统计学的意义（P＜0.05）；两组均不存在明显的不良反应。结论：针灸和整脊的联合疗法在中风后遗症的治疗中的应用效果显著，可以显著地优化治疗效果，且安全性强，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe application of combinedacupuncture and chiropractic therapy in treating sequela of apoplexy. Methods: Inour hospital treated a total of 200 cases of sequelae of stroke patients,according to random way, were included in the observation group and controlgroup, each group of 100 cases. Two groups of patients were both treated withacupuncture treatment, on the basis of this, the observation group was addedwith clinical chiropractic treatment. Results: After the treatment, theefficacy in the observation group (93%) was significantly better than thecontrol group (75%), there was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05); there were no obviousadverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Combined therapy of acupunctureand chiropractic in treating sequela of apoplexy was significant, cansignificantly optimize clinical effect, with high safety, is worthy ofpromotion.
