中医保守治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床观察

【摘 要】目的：观察中医保守治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用手法复位夹板外固定结合中药三期辨证和功能锻炼治疗肱骨近端骨折患者56例，并随访观察临床疗效。结果：根据Neer肩关节功能评分标准评估，优15例，良33例，中5例，差3例，优良率85.7%。结论：采用中医保守治疗肱骨近端骨折，临床疗效确切，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TraditionalChinese medicine’s conservative treatment of proximal humerus fractures.Methods: Manipulative reduction and external fixation combined with traditionalChinese medicine syndrome and three functional exercise was adopted for thetreatment of 56 cases with proximal humerus fractures. After the treatment,each cases were followed-up for the observation of clinical efficacy. Results:According to Neer shoulder score standard assessment, the results wereexcellent in 15 cases, good in 33 cases, moderate in 5 cases and poor in 3cases. The improvement rate was 85.7%. Conclusion: Chinese medicine’sconservative treatment for proximal humerus fractures has a very good clinicalefficacy, so it is worthy of promotion.
