手外伤软组织缺损腹部皮瓣术后的观察护理

【摘 要】目的：通过对86位手外伤腹部皮瓣患者行中西医观察护理，可减少并发症，提高手部功能恢复。方法：认真制定术前术后护理计划，细致实施计划内容。个性化服务每个患者。结果：86位手外伤患者无1例发生护理并发症，手功能得到了最大限度地恢复。结论：手外伤组织缺损腹部皮瓣患者的手功能恢复与护理人员的中西医认真观察护理有一定的相关性。

【Abstract】Objective:Toreduce the complications and improve the functional recovery of the handthrough the observation of 86 patients with abdominal skin flap. Methods: Carefulpreoperative and postoperative nursing plans and detailed implementation wereprovided to give patients personalized service. Results: There was no case ofnursing complications in 86 patients with hand injury, and the hand functionrecovered to the maximum. Conclusion: The hand function recovery of thepatients with abdominal skin flap was closely related to the careful traditionalChinese and Western medicine observation and care of the nursing staff.
