活血化瘀法治疗高血压动脉硬化性脑出血的疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：对活血化瘀法在高血压动脉硬化性脑出血疾病治疗中的临床疗效进行探究。方法：选取2014年5月—2015年5月所收治的68例高血压动脉硬化性脑出血患者作为对象，按就诊前后顺序分为实验组与对照组，前者予以常规治疗+活血化瘀法治疗，后者仅予以常规治疗。随后观察与比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：实验组的总有效率（88.2%）比对照组（64.7%）高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分优于本组治疗前及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在常规西药治疗的基础之上，对高血压动脉硬化性脑出血患者予以活血化瘀法治疗，疗效确切，值得在临床上推行。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy ofmethod of activating blood Circulation in the treatment of hypertensivearteriosclerosis cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 68 cases of hypertensivecerebral hemorrhage treated form May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and dividedinto an experimental group and a control group. The former group was treated byroutine western medicine plus blood circulation and blood stasis, while thecontrol group was treated by routine western medicine only. The clinicaltherapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared after thetreatment. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group (88.2%)was higher than that of the control group (64.7%), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05); neurologicaldeficit scores in the experimental group patients after the treatment werebetter than that before treatment and control group, the differences werestatistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of the conventional western medicine alongwith method of blood circulation in the treatment of atherosclerosis withhypertension intracerebral hemorrhage has accurate efficacy, which is worthy ofpromotion in clinic.
