桂附地黄汤加减治疗老年性骨质疏松症30例

【摘  要】目的：观察桂附地黄汤联合钙剂治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：将60例确诊患者分为治疗组和对照组，分别给予桂附地黄汤和碳酸钙D3片。结果：治疗组总有效率为76.7%，高于对照组，且两组有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：桂附地黄汤加减治疗骨质疏松症疗效可靠。

【Abstract】Objective:Toobserve the clinical efficacy of Guifu Dihuang Decoction combined with CalciumCarbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets in treating senile osteoporosis. Methods: 60patients with senile osteoporosis were divided into the control group and theobservation group, who receive the treatment of with Calcium Carbonate andVitamin D3 Tablets and the combination of Guifu Dihuang Decoction and CalciumCarbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets respectively. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 76.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differencewas of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Guifu Dihuang Decoction combinedwith Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets had significant and reliableeffect in treating senile osteoporosis.
