脑梗死早期中医综合康复疗法临床分析

【摘 要】目的：观察分析脑梗死早期中医综合康复疗法的临床效果。方法：选择2014年1月—2015年1月在我院进行治疗的80例脑梗死患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组进行常规康复治疗，观察组在此基础上联合早期中医综合康复疗法治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：观察组患者的NIHSS评分、ADL评分情况均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：早期中医综合康复疗法能够有效改善脑梗死患者的神经功能，提高患者生活质量，具有临床推广的应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of earlytraditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in treatingcerebral infarction. Methods:80patients with cerebral infarction, who were treated in our hospital fromJanuary 2014 to January 2015, were selected as the research objects and randomLydivided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in eachgroup, the control group received routine rehabilitation therapy while the observationgroup received early traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitationtherapy based on the routine rehabilitation therapy, the curative effects of twogroups were compared. Results: The DNS scores and ADL scores of the observationgroup patients were significantly better than that of the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Early comprehensiverehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine could effectivelyimprove the neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction, itcould improve the patients’ quality of life, and it had clinical applicationvalue.
