【摘 要】目的:观察健脑增智饮对遗忘型轻度认知损害(aMCI)患者认知功能的改善情况及AchE水平的影响。方法:将70例aMCI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组给予健脑增智饮(熟地、茯苓、巴戟天、山茱萸、石斛、肉苁蓉、麦冬、石菖蒲、远志、川芎、丹参、赤芍、五味子、生姜、大枣)治疗,对照组给予脑复康片(吡拉西坦片)治疗,两组疗程均为16周。两组患者在治疗前、治疗8周后、治疗16周后分别进行神经心理学测试,包括CMS、ADL、MMSE、CDT,抽血查AchE活性变化。另设健康组20例,只进行神经心理学测试及抽血查AchE水平,不进行治疗。结果:治疗组CMS指标、MMSE评分、血清AchE含量治疗8周后及治疗16周后明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健脑增智饮能提高aMCI患者记忆功能,CMS评分及MMSE评分均明显改善,降低胆碱酯酶的活性,AchE水平明显降低,提示健脑增智饮有显著提高智能的作用。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the effect of JiannaoZengzhi Yin on improvement of the cognitive function and AchE of patients withamnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI). Methods:70 aMCI patients were randomlydivided into the control group and the treatment group, with 35 cases in eachgroup. The control group was treated with Naofukang Tablets (Piracetam Tablets)while the observation group was treated with Jiannao Zengzhi Yin (composed of Rehmannia,Poria, Morinda officinalis, dogwood, Dendrobium, Cistanche, ophiopogon root,calamus, Polygala, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Salvia miltiorrhiza, radix paeoniaerubra, Schisandra, ginger, jujube), the treatment of both groups lasted 16weeks. Neuropsychological test which contains test of CMS,ADL, MMSE and CDT of was given to patients in two groups 8 weeks before andafter treatment, 16 weeks after treatment respectively, changes of AchEactivity in blood samples were detected. Another group of 20 healthy people wasgiven neuropsychologicaltest and AchE level in blood sample was detected, thehealthy group received no treatment. Results: The CMS index, MMSE scoreand serum AchE content of the treatment improved significantly 8 weeks and 16weeks after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01), the improvement of the treatment group was significantlybetter than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Jiannao ZengzhiYin could improve the cognitive function of aMCI patients, it could enhancethe CMS and MMSE score significantly and decrease theactivity of cholinesterase; AchE level decreased significantly, whichindicated that Jiannao Zengzhi Yin could improve the cognitive functionsignificantly.
