【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect ofTCM treatment in treating delayed fracture healing and provide scientific basisfor improving the clinical efficacy in treating patients with delayed fracturehealing. Methods: 100 cases of hospital patients with delayed fracture healing, admitted from January 2010 to December 2015, were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with conventional western medicine while the observation group receivedTCM symptomatic treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The clinicalefficacy of two groups of patients was observed. Results:Out of 50 cases in the observation group, 34 cases were markedlyimproved (68.0%), 12 cases were effective (24.0%), 4 cases were invalid (8.0%), the treatment effectiverate was 92.0%; Out of 50 cases in the control group, 25 cases were markedlyimproved (50.0%), 9 cases were effective (18.0%), 16 cases were invalid(32.0%), the treatment effective rate was 68.0%, the treatment efficiencydifference between two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion:TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation had better clinical curativeeffect in treating delayed fracture healing, it could effectively relieve thepatients’ clinical symptoms and improve quality of life, and therefore, it had importantpractical significance.
