肛垫缝扎固定注射加外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察肛垫缝扎固定注射外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法：随机将120例混合痔患者分为两组，治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）。治疗组行肛垫缝扎固定注射外痔切除术，对照组行外痔剥离内痔结扎术（Milligan-Morgan，简称外剥内扎术），观察两组术后恢复情况及并发症。结果：两组治愈时间、水肿、继发性出血比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），术后残留皮赘比较差异亦有统计学意义（P＜0.05），术后疼痛和排尿障碍比较则无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：使用肛垫缝扎固定注射外痔切除术治疗混合痔疗效确切，患者愈合快，创伤小，出血少，具有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of anal cushion suture fixation injectioncombined with external hemorrhoids resection in the treatment of mixedhemorrhoids. Methods: 120 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomLy divided intotwo groups, treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). Treatmentgroup received anal cushion suture fixation injection and external hemorrhoidsresection, the control group was treated with external dissection and internalligation (Milligan Morgan, referred to as the stripping internal ligation). Thepost treatment recovery and complications were observed in both groups.Results: Comparison  of cure time, edema,secondary hemorrhage and postoperative residual skin tag between the two groupsshowed better results for treatment group and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.01) while, thepostoperative pain and voiding dysfunction had no statistical significance (P>0.05) between the groups.Conclusion: The use of anal cushion suture fixation  injection and external hemorrhoids resectionsurgery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids not only have very good curativeeffect but also the healing time is fast with very little l trauma as well asless bleeding. Therefore, anal cushion suture fixation injection combined withexternal hemorrhoids resection has a good prospect for clinical application.
