齐刺法结合电针治疗第3腰椎横突综合征40例分析

【摘 要】目的：观察分析齐刺法结合电针治疗第3腰椎横突综合征40例的临床疗效。方法：选取阿氏穴，采用齐刺法，并接“恒明HM6805－Ⅱ经穴治疗仪”，调取低频率、疏密波治疗。结果：痊愈25例，显效10例，好转5例，无效0例，总有效率100.0%。结论：齐刺法结合电针治疗第3腰椎横突综合征取穴少、疗程短、疗效显著。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qineedling combined with electroacupuncture in treating 40 cases of thirdlumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods:Ah-yes acupoints were selected and Qi needling was combined with electroacupunctureby using Heng Ming HM6805 acupoint therapeutic instrument, low frequency anddense wave treatment was given. Results: 25 cases were cured, 10 cases weremarkedly effective, 5 cases were improved, 0 cases were ineffective, and theeffective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Qi needling combined with electroacupunctureselected fewer acupoints and the therapeutic course was short, the clinicaleffect was significant in treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome.
