注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：研究在治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染中注射用炎琥宁的使用效果。方法：134例急性上呼吸道感染患儿，分为对照组与观察组，对照组患儿予以利巴韦林静滴治疗，观察组患儿予以注射用炎琥宁静滴治疗，观察两组患者的疗效。结果：观察组患儿所获临床治疗总有效率92.5%显著优于对照组76.1%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染具有确切疗效，无明显毒副作用，可推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of Yanhuning forinjection in treating children with acute respiratory infection. Methods: 134children with acute respiratory infections were divided into the control groupand the observation group; the control group received intravenous drip ofribavirin for treatment while the observation group received intravenous dripof Yanhuning for injection, the effects of patients in two groups were observed.Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly betterthan that of the control group, 76.1%, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Yanhuning for injection had exacteffect in treating children with acute respiratory infection; it had no obviousside effects and could be widely applied.
