人流患者行护理干预与穴位按摩 对预防术后综合征的价值

【摘  要】目的：探讨护理干预与穴位按摩应用于人工流产患者对预防术后综合征的价值。方法：选取2013年1月—2015年1月我院行人工流产的200例患者为研究对象，根据数字奇偶法随机分为对照组与观察组，每组100例。两组患者均给予护理干预，在此基础上，对观察组实施穴位按摩，观察两组患者术中疼痛程度与人工流产综合征的发生情况。结果：术中对照组轻度疼痛46例，中度疼痛36例，重度疼痛18例；观察组轻度疼痛58例，中度疼痛30例，重度疼痛12例，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组人工流产综合征发生率为3.0%，明显低于对照组的15.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对人工流产患者实施护理干预与穴位按摩，可缓解术后疼痛程度，减少人工流产综合征的发生。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore the value of nursing intervention and acupoint massage on theprevention of postoperative syndrome of induced abortion patients. Methods: 200cases of induced abortion patients admitted and treated in our hospital fromJanuary 2013 to January 2014 were selected as research subjects and dividedrandomly into the control group and the observation group according to thedigital parity method, with 100 cases in each group. Two groups all receivednursing intervention, the observation group received extra acupoint massage,and the degree of pain during operation and the incidence of inducedabortion syndrome of patients in two groups were observed. Results: Duringoperation, there were 46 cases of mildpain, 36 cases of moderate pain and 18 cases of severe pain in the controlgroup and there were 58 cases of mild pain, 30 cases of moderate pain and 12cases of severe pain in the observation group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05); theincidence of induced abortion syndrome of the observation group was 3.0%, which was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion:Applyingnursing intervention and acupoint massage on induced abortion patients couldrelieve the postoperative pain and decrease the incidence of induced abortionsyndrome.
