对比分析两种促宫缩方法治疗 剖宫产术后子宫复旧情况疗效

【摘  要】目的：研究总结两种促宫缩治疗的方法对于剖宫产术后子宫复旧情况的疗效。方法：研究病例纳入我院产科2014年5月—2015年5月剖宫产术产妇200例。根据随机数字表法随机分组，分为缩宫素+生化汤组和单纯缩宫素组，每组100例。对两组患者治疗效果、子宫复旧情况进行对比。结果：缩宫素+生化汤组治疗7 d后，基本治愈率87.0%显著高于单纯缩宫素组基本治愈率50.0%，组间数据经x²检验有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。缩宫素+生化汤组患者恶露总量明显低于单纯缩宫素组，恶露持续天数和子宫复旧时间明显短于单纯缩宫素组，组间数据经t检验有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：缩宫素+生化汤对促进剖宫产术后子宫复旧效果显著，可改善恶露情况，加速子宫复旧，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Tostudy and summarize the efficacy of two methods of promoting uterinecontraction on involution of uterus after cesarean section. Methods: 200cesarean section parturients admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group, one groupreceived oxytocin combined with Shenghua Decoction while the other groupreceived only oxytocin, the therapeutic effect and involution of uterus of patientsin two groups were compared. Results: 7 daysafter the treatment, the basic cure rate of oxytocin combined withShenghua Decoction group was 87.0%, which was significantlyhigher than that of the oxytocin group, 50.0%;the group data were statistically significant after x² test (P<0.05). The total amount of lochia of oxytocin combined withShenghua Decoction group was significantly less than that of the oxytocin group,the duration of lochia and the time of involution of uterus of oxytocincombined with Shenghua Decoction group was significantly less than that of the oxytocin group,the group data were statistically significant after ttest (P<0.05). Conclusion:Oxytocin combined with ShenghuaDecoction had significant effect in promoting involution of uterus aftercesarean section and improving the lochia, it was worthy of promotion.
