探讨阶梯式带教模式在临床骨科带教中的 临床实践效果

【摘  要】目的:探讨阶梯式带教模式在临床骨科带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2010年初—2014年初护生共140人做为研究对象。对照组(常规带教组)71人和观察组(阶梯式带教组)69人,时间为4周。对照组采用常规的带教模式,按照教学大纲制定教学计划,按部就班的完成,带教老师进行讲解和示范。观察组采用阶梯式带教模式,根据学生的理论知识及个人要求而采用阶梯式带教的方法,在认知,实践、提高阶段,反馈、评估阶段,分别给予不同的带教内容。分析比较两组的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、护理病历考核成绩、患者及护生满意度得分。结果:阶梯式带教在各方面的成绩与传统带教模式相比,结果差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:阶梯式带教模式使教学效果进一步优化,培养了实用型护理人才。

AbstractObjective: To explore the application effect of ladder type teaching mode in the clinicalteaching in department of orthopedics. Methods: 140 nursing students were selected as research objects and divided randomly into the observationgroup, with 69 cases (ladder typeteaching mode group) and the control group, with 71 cases (conventionalteaching group), the teaching lasted 4 weeks, during which the control group wasgiven conventional teaching according to the requirement of the teachingsyllabus teaching plan, which involved the teachers explanation anddemonstration regularly while the observation group received ladder typeteaching which involved differentiated teaching in cognitive, practice,improvement, feedback and evaluation phases based on the individual student’stheoretical knowledge and personal requirement. The theoretical examinationscores, operation examination scores, performance assessment of nursing recordsand patients and nursing satisfaction scores of two groups were compared andanalyzed. Results:Therewas significant difference in scoresof ladder type teaching mode group and that of the conventional teaching group, and the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: The ladder type teaching modeoptimized the teaching effect and cultivated practical nursing talents.
