损伤控制在以多发骨折为主的严重多发伤 治疗中的应用分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨损伤控制在以多发骨折为主的严重多发伤治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取我院60例严重多发伤合并骨折患者作为研究对象，在确定性手术前采用损伤控制骨科技术处理，对其临床资料回顾性分析，探讨损伤控制骨科技术的应用价值。结果：60例患者中，死亡4例，死亡率6.0%，放弃治疗2例，均为重度颅脑损伤，昏迷不醒；其余均治愈，治愈患者中遗留残疾23例，其中腿部残疾11例。所有患者住院时间为（18±6.33）d。平均术前住院时间为（6.25±3.33）d。结论：损伤控制骨科技术在严重多发伤合并骨折治疗中效果显著，可以有效缩短治疗时间、降低患者的死亡率，值得临床推广，但是在应用过程中要注意多发伤的严重程度。

【Abstract】Objective: Toinvestigate the value of damage control in the treatment of severe multipleinjuries with multiple fractures. Methods: 60 cases of severe multiple injury withfracture were selected as the research objects, before definitive surgery bydamage control orthopedics technique treatment, the retrospective analysis ofthe clinical data, to investigate the effect of damage control orthopedictechnology application value. Results: among 60 cases, 4 cases died, themortality rate was 6%, 2 cases gave up treatment for severe craniocerebralinjury, unconscious. The others were cured cure patients legacy of 23 caseswith disability which leg disability in 11 cases. All patients were in hospital(18±6.33)d. The average hospitalization time was (6.25±3.33) d.Conclusion:damage control orthopedic technology in severe multiple trauma combined withfracture treatment effect is remarkable, can effectively shorten the treatmenttime, reduce patient mortality. It is worthy of clinical promotion, but in theapplication process should pay attention to the severity of multiple trauma.
