股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折的 临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折的疗效。方法：采取股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗我院2012年3月—2015年3月收治的90例股骨转子下骨折患者。结果：90例患者的FIM及Fuel-Meyer评分显著高于治疗前（P＜0.05）。结论：股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折疗效显著。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of proximal femoral anti-rotationintramedullary nail in treating subtrochanteric fracture. Methods: 90 patientswith subtrochanteric fracture, who were admitted and treated in our hospitalfrom March 2012 to March 2015, were treated by applying proximal femoralanti-rotation intramedullary nail. Results: The FIM and Fuel-Meyer scores of 90patients after treatment were significantly higher than that before thetreatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail had significant therapeuticeffect in treating subtrochanteric fracture.
