高能量胫腓骨骨折固定治疗研究进展

【摘  要】回顾性研究近年来成人及儿童胫腓骨骨折固定治疗研究相关文献，探讨胫腓骨骨折的特点和治疗，分析胫腓骨骨折固定研究进展，总结各种固定方法的优劣。结合自己临床，提出中西医结合治疗儿童胫腓骨骨折的方法，提出应当大力发掘祖国医学的精髓，并加以应用。笔者认为胫腓骨骨折的治疗将会沿着微创、生物的方向继续蓬勃发展。

【Abstract】Toretrospectively study the related documents on adult and children tibiofibulacataclasis fixed treatment research in recent years, discuss thecharacteristics and treatment of tibiofibula cataclasis and analyze the processof tibiofibula cataclasis for fixed treatment research, summarize theadvantages and disadvantages of different kinds of fixing methods. To putforward the method of treating children tibiofibula cataclasis with combinationof Chinese traditional and western medicine and explore the Chinese medicineessence strongly and make it be applied. The writer thinks that the treatmentof tibiofibula cataclasis will develop boomingly along the direction of minimalinvasive and biology.
