中医治疗骨折早期肢体肿胀的临床观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨骨折早期肢体肿胀采用中医治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年5月—2014年5月收治的90例骨折患者，随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组45例，给予对照组患者注射甘露醇进行治疗，给予观察组患者采用推拿按摩联合自拟消肿方进行治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者经过治疗，观察组患者临床治疗的有效率为95.5%，对照组患者临床治疗的总有效率为68.8%，两组数据对比差异显著，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：中医能够有效的治疗骨折早期肢体肿胀患者，临床效果显著，而且用药起效快、安全可靠，值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: Toinvestigate the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on limbswelling in the early fracture . Methods: 90 cases with fractures admitted inour hospital from May, 2012 to May, 2014 were randomly divided into a controlgroup and an observation group ,45 cases in each.group. Patients in the controlgroup were treated with injection of mannitol, while the patients in theobservation group were given massage combined with self-made removing swellingprescription, the clinical effects of two groups were observed after treatment.Results: The effective rates of the treatment were 95.5% and that of thecontrol group was 68.8%; the difference between the two groups werestatistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine can effectively treat patients withswelling in the early stage of limb fracture and it is safe and reliable, whichis worthy of widely promotion and application.
