关节镜松解术配合运动手法治疗粘连性 肩关节周围炎临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察肩关节镜松解、术配合运动手法治疗粘连性肩关节周围炎的临床疗效；方法：将我院2013年2月—2014年5月确诊住院的78例患者给予肩关节镜松解术配合运动手法治疗，采用UCLA功能活动评分后VAS疼痛评分，分别观察治疗前，治疗后1周治疗后1个月，治疗后6个月的临床评分；结果：两组患者经规范治疗UCLA评分比较治疗后明显优于治疗前差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；VAS 疼痛评分治疗后明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：关节镜松解术配合运动手法治疗粘连性关节炎临床疗效显著，操作简便、可行性较好，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:Toobserve the clinical effects of arthroscopic lysis combined with locomotion intreating adhesive periarthritis of shoulder. Method: 78 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2013 toMay 2014 were given arthroscopic lysis combined withlocomotion, VAS pain score was made afterapplying UCLA function activities score, the clinical scores before thetreatment, one week, one month and sit months after the treatment were observedrespectively. Results: After the standard treatment, the patients’ UCLA scores afterthe treatment were significantly better than that before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05); the patients’ VAS pain scoresafter the treatment were significantly lowerthan that before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopiclysis combined with locomotion had better clinical curative effectin treating adhesive periarthritisof shoulder, it was easy to apply and hadgood feasibility, therefore, it was worthy ofclinical promotion and application.
