移情相制结合开天门对老年股骨颈骨折患者 围手术期焦虑的影响

【摘  要】目的：研究运用中医移情相制情志护理法结合开天门穴位按摩对老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期焦虑状态的影响。方法：选择我院老年股骨颈骨折患者100例，随机分成四组，每组25例，对照A1组按照常规护理，对照A2组运用移情相制法进行护理，对照A3组采用开天门穴位按摩，实验B组采用移情相制结合开天门穴位按摩疗法，分别于干预前后采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、日常生活量表及心率、血压的变化进行疗效评价。结果：实验组减轻、消除老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期焦虑的状况明显高于对照组。结论：运用移情相制法结合开天门穴位按摩可以明显减轻或消除老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期焦虑的状况，缓解心理压力，缩短患者住院天数，提高生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of the combination ofpsychotherary and massage on Tianmen acupoint in relieving the anxiety ofelderly patients with femoral neck fractures in perioperative period. Methods: 100elderly patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital were randomlydivided into 4 groups, with 25 patients in each group. Patients in controlgroup A1 received the conventional nursing, patients in control group A2received psychotherary, and patients in control group A3 received massage onTianmen acupoint while patients in experimental group B received thecombination of psychotherary and massage on Tianmen acupoint. The changes inSAS, ADL, heart rate and blood pressure were used to evaluate the curativeeffect before and after the intervention. Results: Compared with that of thecontrol group, the anxiety of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures inperioperative period in the experimental group was significantly relieved andreduced. Conclusion: Applying the combination of psychotherary and massage onTianmen acupoint could reduce and relieve the anxiety of elderly patients withfemoral neck fractures in perioperative period significantly; it could alsoremit mental stress, shorten the patients’ hospital day and improve their lifequality.
