穴位按摩解除老年髋部骨折患者并发便秘的效果观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨穴位按摩对解除老年髋部骨折患者并发便秘的临床疗效。方法：将133例患者随机分为观察组66例，对照组67例。观察组和对照组均按骨科常规护理、指导患者正确选择食谱。对照组指导患者进行通便的腹部按摩。观察组由责任护士为患者实施中脘、天枢、气海、上巨虚穴位按摩。1次/d，5 d为1个疗程，1个疗程后连续追踪7d，比较两组患者排便情况。结果：观察组总有效率为83.3%（55/66），对照组总有效率为68.7%（46/67），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：实施穴位按摩能有效解除老年髋部骨折患者并发便秘，发挥了简、便、廉、验的中医药特色优势。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore theclinical efficacy of point massage in relieving elderly patients with hipfracture complicated with constipation. Methods: 133 patients were randomlydivided into observation group (66 cases) and control group (67 cases), bothgroups received routine nursing care in orthopaedics in addition to guidance inchoosing the right recipe. Patients in the control group gave themselvesabdominal massage to relieve constipation under the guidance while patients inthe observation group received point massage from the primary nurse, once aday, 5days formed 1 course, 7 days follow-up was given after one course tocompare the defecation of patients in two groups. Results: The total efficiencyof the observation group was 83.3%(55/66), the total efficiency of the control group was 68.7% (46/67), the difference was statisticallysignificant ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Application of point massage can effectively relieve constipationin old patients with hip fracture.
