中医护理干预对前列腺气化电切术围手术期患者的效果分析

【摘  要】目的：对中医护理干预在前列腺气化电切术围手术期中的临床运用效果进行观察与分析。方法：按随机数字表法，将78例行前列腺气化电切术治疗的前列腺增生患者均分成对照组与实验组，前者予以常规护理，在此基础之上，对后者予以中医护理干预，且对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：实验组患者的并发症发生率（7.7%）低于对照组（20.5%），差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理满意度相比较，实验组（97.4%）高于对照组（76.9%），差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对前列腺气化电切术患者实施中医护理干预，效果确切，并发症少，且可提升护理满意度，值得临床大力推行。

【Abstract】Objective To observe andanalyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the perioperative periodof the treatment of the patients with prostate gasification and electricresection.Methods According to the random number table method, 78 cases ofprostate gasification electric resection were divided into control group andexperimental group. The former was given routine nursing, and the latter wasgiven to the latter.Results The incidence of complications in the experimentalgroup (7.7%) waslower than that in the control group (20.5%), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05); the nursingsatisfaction was higher than the control group (97.4%) (76.9%), the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of TCM nursing intervention on the patients with prostategasification and electric resection is effective, and it can improve nursingsatisfaction.
