依达拉奉在颅内肿瘤γ-刀术后脑水肿患者中的临床效果观察

【摘 要】目的：观察研究依达拉奉在颅内肿瘤γ-刀术后脑水肿患者中的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年5月—2015年2月我院收治的颅内肿瘤γ-刀术后脑水肿患者132例，依据随机数字表法将所有患者均分成观察组和对照组各66例。其中对照组给予地塞米松磷酸钠、甘露醇的治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上接受依达拉奉的治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、NIHSS缺损评分以及不良反应等指标。结果：观察组治疗后1周、治疗后2周时血清TNF-α值与NIHSS缺损评分均明显优于对照组，比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组各组内相邻时间段之间血清TNF-α值与NIHSS缺损评分分别比较差异明显，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.01）；观察组临床治疗总有效情况明显优于对照组，比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组病患治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应与并发症。结论：依达拉奉治疗颅内肿瘤γ-刀术后脑水肿的临床效果显著，安全性较高，具有重要的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe theclinical effect of edaravone in intracranial tumor patients with brain edemaafter gamma knife surgery. Methods: 112 cases of intracranial tumors patientswith brain edema, who received gamma knife surgery in our hospital from May2012 to February 2015, were randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup, 56 cases in each group. The control group received dexamethasone sodiumphosphate and mannitol and the observation group received edaravone on thebasis the treatment of the control group. The total effective rate, NIHSSdefects score, adverse reactions and other indicators of two groups were observed.Results:The serum TNF alpha value and NIHSS defects score of observation groupwere significantly better than that of the control group one week and two weeksafter treatment, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P＜0.01); the difference of serumTNF alpha values  NIHSS defects scorebetween adjacent time periods was significantly different, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01); the total efficiency of theobservation group was significantly better than that of the control group，thedifference was statistically significant (P < 0.01); no obvious adversereaction and complications occurred in two groups during treatment. Conclusion:The clinical effect of edaravone in intracranial tumor patients with brainedema after gamma knife surgery was remarkable and of high security, it hadimportant clinical value.
