老年痴呆病人髋部骨折的预防与管理

【摘  要】随着社会的老龄化，髋部骨折、老年痴呆的发病率在日益增加，已成为危害老年人健康的公共健康问题。髋部骨折和老年痴呆对老年人是双重挑战。老年痴呆合并髋部骨折会使死亡率和致残率大大增加。据调查，老年痴呆病人髋部骨折的危险是同龄人的2.7倍。老年痴呆病人无论对髋部骨折的预防、治疗及护理，都有不利的影响。本文章将从老年痴呆病人髋部骨折的预防、治疗、康复进行探讨。

【Abstract】With the ageing of the population, geriatrichip fracture and senile dementia have increased gradually and become a majorpublic health problem for old people. The death rate and disability rate wereincreased greatly when the geriatric hip fracture and the senile dementia occurat the same time. According to the survey, Alzheimer's patients with hipfracture would cause 2.7 times of danger more. Alzheimer's patients would havesome barriers to the presentation, cure, and intervention therapy of the geriatrichip.So nursing geriatric hip would be introduced and discussed in this article.
