腰椎间盘突出症的新认识及经方辨治的思考

【摘 要】腰椎间盘突出症以腰腿疼痛麻木及腰部活动受限为主要表现，同时也是脊柱相关疾病涉及到内科、外科、妇科等病症的发病原因。西医对该病认识有三种学说，阐释细微，但疗效不好。中医从整体阴阳平衡着眼及辨证论治法则入手，比西医治疗更有优势。用《伤寒论》六经辨证，该病证多属少阴、太阴合病，病机多见营卫不利、寒凝血瘀、湿饮瘀互结痹阻。常见甘姜苓术汤、麻黄细辛附子汤、真武汤、桂枝芍药知母汤、当归四逆汤及黄芪桂枝五物汤等方证。

【Abstract】Lumbardisc herniation with lumbar and leg ache and numbness,and low lumbar functionas the main performance, but also the etiology of diseases correlated to spinerelates to department of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and otherdiseases. There are three kinds of theories about this disease in westernmedicine, but the effect is not good. Chinese medicine from the overall balanceof Yin and Yang and the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,more advantages than western medicine.Syndrome differentiation of the sixmeridians in Shanghanlun, belonging to combined syndrome of Shaoyin andTaiyin.Pathogenesis is seen more disharmony between Ying and Wei, blood stasisdue to cold,and water,fluid and blood stasis obstruction. Prescription-syndromeof Gan Jiang Ling Zhu Tang, Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Tang, Zhenwu Tang,Guizhi ShaoyaoZhimu Tang, Danggui Sini Tang and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang are common.
