股骨转子间骨折手术疗效分析

【摘要】目的：分析股骨转子间骨折手术疗效。方法：手术治疗105例股骨转子间骨折病例，探讨手术疗效情况。结果：105例获得随访，随访时间6～18月。根据Harris评分标准优良率为90.7%。患者术后有3例出现髋内翻，1例出现内固定松动，2例发生骨折不愈合，1例髓内钉切割出股骨头部，1例术后假体脱位，术后再骨折1例。手术失效率9.3%。结论：股骨转子间骨折手术治疗疗效显著，患者身体条件允许情况下尽早手术治疗。影响手术疗效的主要因素有：骨折类型、复位情况、患者全身情况、内固定选择及手术操作等。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the operation efficacy of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods: 105cases with intertrochanteric fracture were treated and the effects werediscussed. Results: 105 cases were followed up for 6~18 months.According to theHarris scores standard, the excellent rate was 90.7%.3 cases suffered with coxaadducta,1 case with internal fixation loosening,2 cases with fracture nonunion,1 case with intramedullary nails cut out of the femoral head, 1 case withpostoperative dislocation and 1 case with refracture. The failure rate was 9.3%.Conclusion:Surgical treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture is significant,thepatient's physical conditions permit early surgical treatment.The main factorsthat affect the surgical treatment include:fracture type,reduction,patient'sgeneral condition, internal fixation choice and operation, etc.
