旋后手法复位高分子石膏夹板治疗桡骨远端Smith骨折42例分析

【摘 要】目的：观察旋后手法复位高分子夹板治疗桡骨远端Smith骨折的疗效。方法：选取自2011年1月—2015年1月采用旋后手法复位高分子石膏夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端Smith骨折42例，男性18例，女性24例，年龄9～72岁，均有外伤史，采用 Anelerson评价法评定疗效。结果：所有患者均获随访，时间4个月～2年，平均 1年，骨性愈合对位对线良好38例，4例略向掌侧移位1～2 mm，最终功能：35例腕前臂活动自如，7例轻度功能受限。按 Anderson成人前臂骨折治疗效果评价分级标准评定，优35例，良7例。结论：采用旋后手法复位高分子石膏夹板治疗桡骨远端Smith骨折，复位成功率高，外固定可靠，容易操作，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the curative effect of supinationmanual reduction and macromolecule plaster splint cure for distal radius Smithfracture. Methods: 42 cases of supination manual reduction and macromoleculeplaster splint cure for distal radius Smith fracture from January 2011 toJanuary 2015 were taken for study. Among those 42 patients 18 were male and 24were femaleranging from age 9 to 72 and there was a history of trauma in theall cases. Anelerson method of evaluation was used to evaluate the curativeeffect. Results: After the follow up visits to all of patients between fourmonths and two years( average follow up visit time was one years), the bonyunion, counterpoint and alignment were well in the 38 cases, the transpositionfor other 4 cases was 1～2 mm to the palmaris. Ultimately functionanalysis revealed that for 35 cases the activity was freely and for 7 cases theactivity was mild functional limitation. Anderson method of evaluation showed that 35 cases were excellent and 7cases were fine. Conclusion: Supination manual reduction and macromoleculeplaster splint cure for distal radius Smith fracturehas higher of the successrate. The external fixation was reliable. The operation is easy. The clinicalmethod deserves to be popular.
