探讨手术室优质护理服务的效果

【摘 要】目的:探讨手术室开展优质护理服务的效果。方法:选取本院2012年3月—2012年9月间进行手术治疗的100例患者，随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例，分别在手术室进行优质护理服务和一般护理，比较两组患者的满意度。结果：两组比较显示，观察组患者在实施优质护理服务后的满意度明显高于对照组的一般护理，两组数据的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:手术室中对患者实施优质护理能够有效提高护理质量，患者对手术室优质护理服务有较高的满意度。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of the operatingroom to carry out the quality of nursing service. Methods: 100 Cases wereselected from the patients admitted for surgical treatment of in our hospitalfrom March 2012 to September 2012 and divided into 50 cases each under observationgroup and control group randomly. High quality nursing care was provided inoperating room for observation groups patients whereas general nursing care wasprovided in control group, finally patients' satisfaction was compared betweenthe two groups.Results:Comparison of nursing service satisfaction between thetwo groups showed that satisfaction among the parents is significantly higherin the observation group than control group and the data showed statisticallysignificant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The operating room for patients with highquality nursing care can effectively improve the quality of nursing, patientsprovided with high quality nursing service will have higher satisfaction to theoperating room.
