【摘 要】目的：结合救治急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的实践及经验，总结并探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的救治难点与护理对策。方法：采用回顾性分析我科收治的急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者75例，针对抢救治疗过程中出现的胃管置入困难、洗胃不彻底、观察阿托品化指标不准确以及中间综合征、反跳等现象出现，危及患者生命，给予护理干预，以便更好地观察病情，提高抢救成功率。结果：对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者，严密观察病情，加强护理，尽早发现并发症，及时采取有效的干预措施，使抢救成功率得到提高。

【Abstract】Objective:Tosummarize and investigate the difficulties treatment and nursing interventionon severe acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning acoording to the clinicalpractice and experience.Methods: 75 cases ofpesticide poisoning patients admitted to our department were retrospectivelyanalyzed. Gastric tube placement difficult for rescue during the treatment, andgastric lavage was not complete, not accurate indicators observed atropine andintermediate syndrome, anti-jumping and other phenomena, threatening the livesof patients, given nursing intervention in order to better observe thecondition, improve the success rate.Results: Severeacute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients need to be closely observedand given intensive care. Early detection of complications need to be found timelyand certain effective interventions need to be taken to improve the successrate.
