非脱垂子宫改良式阴式宫全切100例分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的手术操作要点及临床应用价值。方法：选择在周口市中医院妇产科2008年2月—2009年10月住院的非脱垂子宫患者143例进行分析总结。结果：对手术病人进行观察，手术时间（40±15.5）min，术中出血（100.0±51.5）ml，术后（18.0±6.0）h排气，住院时间(6.0±2.0) d。结论：改良式非脱垂阴式子宫切除术手术时间短、出血少、腹部无疤痕、术后疼痛轻、恢复快，尤其对伴有肥胖、糖尿病、高血压内科疾病者是一种理想手术，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore and discuss theoperative points and clinical application value of transvaginal hysterectomy on non-prolapsed uterus.Methods: 143 Patients with non-prolapsed uterusin obstetrics of Zhoukou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February2008 to October 2009 were analyzed and summarized. Results: The operative timewas (40±15.5)minutes, the bleeding volume during the operation was (100.0±51.5) mL,the time of exsufflation was(18.0±6.0) hours and thehospitalization time was (6.0±2.0) days.Conclusion:The modified transvaginalhysterectomy on non-prolapsed uterus has the advantagesof short operative time, less bleedingvolume,no scar on abdomen,less pain after operation and fast recovery. It is anideal operation for patients with obesity, diabetes and hypertension. It isworthy of promotion and application.
