显微外科技术配合中药熏洗
治疗肌腱损伤对肌腱粘连的预防作用

【摘 要】目的:对显微外科技术配合中药熏洗治疗肌腱损伤对肌腱粘连的预防作用进行分析和探讨。方法:运用随机抽样的方法选择从2012年12月—2014年12月在本院进行治疗的急性手部屈肌腱断裂患者61例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组31例,对照组30例。对照组肉眼下行改良Kessler单线缝合后配合聚DL-乳酸可吸收防粘连止血膜治疗,观察组显微镜视野中行改良Kessler单线缝合后中药熏洗治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:术后6周观察组TAM评分明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12周时,观察组TAM评分与对照组相比明显差异(P>0.05)。术后12周实验组优良率90.0%,对照组87.5%,两组优良率比价差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:在肌腱损伤的治疗中显微外科技术配合中药熏洗对肌腱粘连的预防具有效果好、安全性高等优势。

【Abstract】Objective:To Microsurgical techniques with Chinese medicine fumigation treatment tendoninjury prevention effect of tendon adhesions were analyzed and discussed.Methods: Using random sampling method to select from December 2012 - Acute handin December 2014 inour hospital for treatment of flexor tendon 61 cases were randomly divided intotwo groups and the control group, the observation group 31 cases, the controlgroup of 30 cases. Macroscopic downlink control group improved after Kesslersuture-line with poly DL- lactic acid absorbable hemostatic membrane adhesiontreatment, the observation group after Bank of microscopic field-lineimprovement Kessler suture Fumigation treatment, the treatment effectcomparative analysis of the two groups. Results: After 6 weeks TAM score wassignificantly higher in the observation group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).After 12weeks surgery, the observation group and the control group score TAMsignificant differences (P>0.05). After12 weeks the excellent rate was 90.0% in the experimental group, the controlgroup was 87.5%, two excellent parity rate was not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion: The MicrosurgicalTechniques in the treatment of tendon injury with herbal fumigation to preventtendon adhesion with good effect, safety and other advantages.
