【摘 要】目的：探讨中医骨折三期治疗对肱骨近端骨折术后的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2014年5月—2015年4月收治的肱骨近端骨折手术患者117例，采用随机数字法分为对照组（57例）与观察组（60例），对照组给予常规骨折治疗，观察组术后给予中医骨折三期治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生情况与关节功能恢复情况等。结果：术后第7 d观察组患者的疼痛评分显著优于对照组（P＜0.01）；术后第7 d观察组肿胀缓解优良率为83.4%，显著高于对照组64.9%（P＜0.05）；术后3个月随访，观察组肩关节功能评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：在肱骨近端骨折术后开展中医骨折三期治疗能够显著提高临床治疗疗效，减少并发症的发生，促进关节功能的恢复，改善预后。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinicaleffect of the treatment of the fracture of the humerus in the three stage ofthe traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The 2014 may to 2015 may months fromfractures of the proximal humerus in 117 cases of surgical patients,randomly dividedinto the control group (57 cases) and the observation group (60 cases), thecontrol group was given conventional treatment of fracture, the patients in theobservation group received three period treatment of bone fracture intraditional Chinese medicine, to observe the clinical efficacy of the twogroups of patients, complications and joint function recovery. Results: After 7days to observe the patients pain scores were significantly better than thecontrol group (P<0.01);postoperative 7 days to observe the swelling group, alleviate the excellent andgood rate was 83.4%, significantly higher than that of the control group was64.9% (P<0.05); postoperative 3months follow-up observed groups of shoulder joint function score wassignificantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The three stage treatment of fracture ofthe humerus in the treatment of TCM can significantly improve the clinicaltreatment effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, promote the recoveryof joint function, improve the prognosis.
