【摘 要】目的：探讨对痉挛型脑瘫患儿采用针刺、穴位注射及康复训练的临床疗效。方法：选取我院儿科收治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿68例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式划分，对照组34例采用康复训练，观察组34例基于对照组加用针刺与穴位注射，对比两组效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为91.2%，对照组为76.5%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前运动积分对比无差异（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对痉挛型脑瘫患儿采用康复训练、针刺联合穴位注射效果优良，可显著改善患儿运动能力，有推广价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinicaleffects of acupoints injection, acupuncture combined with rehabilitationtraining on pediatric spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: 68 Cases with pediatricspastic cerebral palsy in our hospital were selected as research objects anddivided into the control group with 34 cases treated by rehabilitation trainingand the observation group with 34 cases treated by acupoints injection,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and the curative effects ofthe two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of theobservation group was 91.2%, while that was 76.5% in the controlgroup. The difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）; Therewas no difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), the observation group was significantly higher thanthat in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupointsinjection, acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training have obviouseffect on pediatric spastic cerebral palsy, improving movement capacity, whichis worthy of promotion.
