【摘 要】目的：评价针灸治疗儿童孤独症的疗效。方法：通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed数据库、EMBASE数据库、Cochrane 临床对照试验库，收集针灸治疗儿童孤独症的随机对照试验，应用统计软件Revam 5.1.1进行数据分析。合并效应量，计算均属差（MeanDiffrence，MD）及其95%置信区间。并应用漏斗图评价发表偏倚。结果：最终纳入4篇文献，Meta分析显示：针灸结合康复治疗相比单一康复治疗在CARS评分[MD=－4.96，P=0.006， 95%CI（－8.50，－1.42）]与ABC评分[MD=-8.12，P＜0.00001，95%CI（－10.18，－6.05）]具有更好的疗效。结论：针灸治疗儿童孤独症疗效更加显著。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncturein the treatment of children with autism. Methods: By searching the CNKI, Wanfangdatabase,VIP Chinese scientific and technical journals databases, PubMeddatabase, EMBASE database and Cochrane Controlled Trials library collectionthrough the computer, the controlled trials about the acupuncture treatment ofchildren with autism were selected andstatistically analyzed by software Revam 5.1.1. The combined effect size wascalculated belong poor (Mean Diffidence,MD) and 95 % confidence intervals andapply the funnel plot evaluated publication bias. Results : Four literature wasincluded, meta analysis shows that acupuncture combined with rehabilitationtherapy rehabilitation compared to a single score in the CARS (MD = -4.96, P = 0.006, 95% CI [-8.50, -1.42]) andABC scores (MD = -8.12, P<0.00001,95% CI [-10.18, -6.05]) had better results. Conclusion: Theefficacy of acupuncture has more significant effect on children with autism.
