【摘 要】目的：观察穴位埋线结合耳穴压豆治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的结肠慢传输型便秘患者随机分为3组，每组30例，实验组予穴位埋线结合耳穴压豆治疗，对照组1予穴位埋线治疗，对照组2予聚乙二醇4000散治疗，以排便频率、排便时间、粪便性状、排便困难程度为观察指标，对比分析三组的临床疗效。结果：三组患者在治疗前各症状评分相比无明显差异（P＞0.05），而三组患者治疗后各症状评分的改善情况，实验组优于对照组1、对照组2，其中排便频率、排便时间的改善情况，实验组和对照组1、对照组2有显著差异（P＜0.05），排便性状、排便困难程度的改善情况，实验组和对照组1、对照组2比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。对照组1、对照组2各症状评分的改善情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：穴位埋线结合耳穴压豆用于结肠慢传输型便秘的治疗安全有效，简便，无痛苦，能有效降低结肠慢传输型便秘患者的症状评分，更好的解除患者的痛苦，减轻其经济负担，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical curativeeffect of acupoint catgut embedding and auricular point pressing with seeds oncolon slow transit constipation. Methods: Patients with colon slow transitconstipation who met the including criteria were randomly divided into threegroups. Each group had 30 cases. The experimental group was treated by acupointcatgut embedding and auricular point pressing with seeds, the control group 1was treated by acpoint catgut embedding and the control group 2 was treated byMacrogol 4000 Powder. The curative effects of the three group werecomparatively analyzed according to the defecation frequency, defecation time,fecal character and difficulty degree of defecation. Results: There were nosignificant differences among the various symptom scores of the three groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the improvements ofvarious symptom scores of the experimental group was better than those of thecontrol group 1 and control group 2. There were statistical differences ofdefecation frequency and defecation time among the experimental group, controlgroup 1 and control group 2 (P＜0.05). There were no statistical differences offecal character and difficulty degree of defecation among the experimentalgroup, control group 1 and control group 2 (P＞0.05). There were no statistical differences ofthe improvements of various symptom scores between the control group 1 andcontrol group 2 (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Treating colon slow transitconstipation with acupoint catgut embedding and auricular point pressing withseeds is safe, effective, convenient, without pain. It can decrease the symptomscores, relieve the pain and ease the economic burden of the patients. It isworthy of clinical promotion.
