65例颈源性眩晕患者采用中医针刀治疗的效果研究

【摘  要】目的：研究中医针刀治疗颈源性眩晕的临床干预效果。方法：对照组应用针灸治疗，研究组应用针刀治疗。两组治疗结束后对疗效及治疗前后椎-基底动脉血液流速变化情况进行比较。结果：研究组总有效率89.2%，显著高于对照组的75.4%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前基底动脉、左椎动脉及右椎动脉血液流速无显著差异，治疗后均比治疗前显著提高（P＜0.05），研究组其血液流速改善幅度显著好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：颈源性眩晕患者采用中医针刀治疗可迅速缓解眩晕症状，改善脑供血。

【Abstract】TCM acupuncture therapy for cervical vertigowas researched for intervention. Methods: The control group acupuncture groupreceived acupuncture therapy research.After the treatment, the efficacy andbefore and after treatment of vertebral - basilar artery blood flow changeswere compared. Results: The total efficiency of 89.2%, significantly higherthan the 75.4% (P <0.05). Beforeand after treatment of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and the rightvertebral artery blood flow velocity show no significant difference,afterpre-treatment than the treatment significantly increased more(P<0.05),in the study group,blood flowvelocity magnitude of the improvement was significantly better than the controlgroup (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Thepatients with cervical vertigo by TCM acupuncture therapy can quickly relievevertigo symptoms,improve cerebral blood supply.
