刃针配合整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病 39例临床观察

【摘 要】神经根型颈椎病多见于中老年人，常常由于不良体位、劳损等原因所致。外力造成颈椎生物力学平衡失调，使得颈椎周围软组织变性、粘连、变硬、钙化，从而压迫颈椎的颈神经根和血管，这是神经根型颈椎病发病的根本原因。刃针治疗颈椎病的机制为松解肌粘连，解除对神经的压迫、刺激，重新建立颈椎生物力学平衡，刃针组明显优于牵引组。

【Abstract】Nerve root type cervical vertebra disease ismore common in the elderly, often due to poor posture, strain etc. The externalforce was caused by cervical biomechanical balance, so that the soft tissue goesaround the cervical spine degeneration, adhesion, harden, calcification, andcompression of the cervical cervical nerve root and vascular, which is the rootcause of nerve root type of cervical disease. The mechanism of acupuncture forcervical spondylosis with the blade is loose adhesion, off the nerve,stimulation, the re establishment of the cervical biomechanical balance; knifegroup was significantly better than the control group.
