【摘 要】目的：观察应用自拟解郁安神通络汤治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将62例患者随机分为治疗组30例，对照组32例，治疗组应用自拟解郁安神通络汤随证加减联合针刺加以帕罗西丁治疗。对照组以帕罗西汀片治疗，治疗30 d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组显效9例，有效17例，总有效率86.7%，对照组显效7例，有效11例，总有效率56.2%。两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：中医药配合西药治疗中风后抑郁症优于单纯西药帕罗西汀片，可以提高中风后抑郁患者的疗效，具有临床意义。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Jieyv Anshen TongluoDecoction on depression after stroke. Methods: 62 Patients were randomlydivided into two groups, 30 patients in treatment group and 32 patients in thecontrol group. The treatment group was given modified Jieyv Anshen TongluoDecoction according to syndrome, acupuncture and paroxetine. The control groupwas given paroxetine. On treatment course contained 30 days and the treatmentlasted for 2 courses. Results: In the treatment group, 9 cases had markedeffect, 17 cases had effect and the total effective rate was 86.7%. In thecontrol group, 7 cases had marked effect, 11 cases had effect and the totaleffective rate was 56.2%. The difference between the two groups wasstitistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture andmedicine of traditional Chinese medicine on depression after stroke is betterthan that of the western medicine. Acupuncture and medicine of traditionalChinese medicine can improve the curative effect and has clinical significance.
