【摘 要】目的：分析醒脑开窍针法在中风后抑郁症的治疗中的应用效果。方法：2012年5月—2014年12月，我院共收治200例中风后抑郁症患者，按照随机的方式将其列入观察组与对照组，每组各为100例。两组均使用氟西汀进行临床治疗，在此基础上，观察组加用醒脑开窍针法。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者的治疗有效率和HAMD评分相比，观察组要显著优于对照组，比较差异有显著性的统计学的意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者均不存在明显的不良反应。结论：应用醒脑开窍针法对卒中后抑郁症进行治疗可以有效地提高治疗有效率，且不存在严重不良反应。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the application and analyze theeffect of acupuncture combined with chiropractic in the treatment of sequela ofapoplexy. Methods: 200 cases with sequelae of stroke patients were selectedrandomly from our hospital and divided into two groups as an observation groupand a control group,100 cases in each group. Patients in both groups weretreated with acupuncture treatment, on the basis of this,patients in theobservation group were given chiropractic treatment. The therapeutic effects ofthe two groups were compared. Results: After the treatment, the effective rateof the observation group (93%) was significantly better than that of the control group (75%), there was statisticallysignificant difference (P<0.05)without adverse reactions in the patients in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion: The acupuncture combined with chiropractic has significant effecton sequela of apoplexy, which is, safe. So it is worthy of promotion.
