蔡浩狄-中医综合康复法治疗偏瘫痉挛状态临床观察

【摘 要】目的：探析中医综合康复法治疗偏瘫痉挛状态的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2010年3月—2013年3月来我院就诊的中风偏瘫后遗症患者169例为研究对象，平均年龄（56.2±4.5）岁。现将169例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，两组患者一般医学参数无明显统计学意义存在，具有可比性。（P＜0.05）对照组利用现代康复训练的方式进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础之上，利用中医综合康复治疗的方式进行治疗，一段时间之后，观察患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗效果要远优于对照组，且相关结果具有明显差异性，有统计学意义存在。（P＜0.05）。结论：对因中风引起的偏瘫痉挛患者使用中医综合康复法对其进行治疗，有着显著的临床治疗效果，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore and analyze the curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation oftraditional Chinese medicine on hemiplegia spasticity.Methods:169 patients withsequela of apoplexy and hemiplegia in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013were selected as the research objects.Their mean age was (56.2±4.5)years old.The 169 patients were randomly dividedinto observation group and control group, The general medical parameters of thetwo groups showed no statistical significance, so they were comparable.P < 0.05. The control group was givenmodern rehabilitation training.oThe bservation group, on basis of the controlgroup,was given, comprehensive rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine.After a period of time,the therapeutic effects of the patients were observed.Results:the curative effect of the observation group was much better than that of thecontrol group and the related results weree significantly different.There wasstatistical significance.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensiverehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine had remarkable clinical curativeeffect on patients with hemiplegia and spasm caused by stroke,and it is worthyof popularization and application.
