【摘 要】目的：探究改进雷火神针治疗眩晕疗效。方法：选择我院2012年—2014年接治的100名因眩晕而就医的患者，将其分为观察组50例并采用改进雷火神针治疗，对照组50例并采用普通针灸法治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分比较与随访过程中两组患者治疗后疗效比较。结果：通过对患者治疗前后VAS评分比较中发现，观察组在治疗后的VAS评分明显高于治疗前（P＜0.05），并且与对照组相比也明显高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。通过对两组患者的随访记录，发现观察组患者无效的人数明显少于对照组，有效率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：改进雷火神针不仅能够减轻并消除患者眩晕的症状而且还无副作用、操作简单，值得推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective: Toinvestigate the curative effect of modified thunder and fire magic needle on vertigo.Methods: 100 patients with vertigo treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were divided into observation group andcontrol group. 50 patients in the observation group was treated by modified thunderand fire magic needle and 50 patients in the control group was treated by ordinaryacupuncture. After treatment, the pain score and the curative effect of the twogroups were observed.Results: The VAS scores of patients in the observation weresignificantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05) and they were also significantly higher than those ofthe control group. The difference was statistically significanct (P<0.05). The invalid number ofpatients in the observation group was significantly small than that of thecontrol group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The modifiedthunder and fire magic needle not only can reduce and eliminate the symptoms ofpatients with vertigo, but also has the advantages of no side effects and simpleoperation It can be promoted.
