利用区域心电信息平台实现医疗资源的有效整合

【摘  要】目的：探讨医疗资源整合中区域心电信息平台的作用，为新医疗服务模式建立、医疗服务质量提高等提供借鉴。方法：在东莞市寮步镇社区卫生服务中心社，通过建立区域心电信息平台，比较平台建立前后的医疗服务质量。结果：在应用区域心电信息平台后，服务站覆盖范围、电子档案完整度、心电图诊断时间等较之前都有了显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：区域心电图信息平台对医疗资源有效整合起着极大作用，能够大幅度提高医疗服务质量，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the function of regional ECGinformation platform in the integration of medical resources, with a prospectof providing reference for the establishment of new medical service model andthe improvement of the quality of medical service. Methods: Regional ECGinformation platform was established in the Community Health Centre ofLiaobu Town, Dongguan City, the quality ofmedical service before and after the platform establishment was compared.Results: After applying regional ECG information platform, the service stationcoverage, electronic file integrity and ECG diagnosis time were improvedsignificantly, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Regional ECG information platform played a vital role in theintegration of medical resources, it could improve the quality of medicalservice significantly, therefore, it was worthy of clinical application andpromotion.
