新环境下医院药学的主要职能转变

【摘  要】传统的医院药学以保证药物供应而设，职能单一，在医药分业的大趋势要求医院药学做出相应的职能转变。本文回顾历史、对比国外，从横纵向不同角度分析了当今国内医院药学的发展与变化，阐述现状及存在问题，为医院药学的主要职能转变做出预测，为医院临床药师新的角色定位提出建议。

【Abstract】Traditionalhospital pharmacy is to ensure the supply of medicine, of which the function is single,the trend in the pharmaceutical industry requires the hospital pharmacy makethe corresponding functional changes. This paper reviews the history ofhospital pharmacy and compares it with that of foreign countries, analyzes thedevelopment and changes of hospital pharmacy in China from differentperspectives, elaborates the current situation and existing problems inhospital pharmacy, predicts the main function transformation of hospitalpharmacy and provides suggestion on the new role of clinical pharmacists in thehospital.
