长效干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎 不良反应的中医特色护理体会

【摘  要】中医护理是祖国医学的重要组成部分，具有浓郁的中国传统文化色彩，充满了人文关怀的气息，它是在中医理论指导下开展的，其中情志护理、膳食护理、中医传统护理技术极具特色和优势。通过对干扰素联合利巴韦林在治疗慢性丙型肝炎过程中出现的不良反应进行具体分析，分为治疗初期、治疗中期、治疗后期，从情志护理、膳食护理、对症护理等三方面有计划、有目的地对患者分期施以中医特色护理，充分体现了中医护理特色，充实和丰富整体护理内涵。

【Abstract】TCM nursing is an important part of traditional Chinesemedicine, it is rich in Chinese traditional culture and full of humane care.TCM nursing develops under the guidance of TCM theory and contains mentalnursing, diet nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, whichare rich in characteristic and advantages. This thesis introduces the mentalnursing, diet nursing and symptomatical nursing of TCM nursing in caringpatient in initial stage, middle stage of treatment, late treatmentrespectively based on the analysis of the adverse drug reaction in thetreatment of chronic hepatitis C with long acting interferon combined with ribavirin,during which the features of TCM nursing were manifested comprehensively andthe connotation of the nursing theory was enriched and expanded.
