慢性萎缩性胃炎中西医结合治疗效果观察

【摘  要】目的：探究中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果。方法：选取我院2014年10月—2015年10月接收的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，根据其入院的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用西医治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，观察对比两组效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率95.0%高于对照组75.0%，观察组复发率5.0%低于对照组15.0%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：慢性萎缩性胃炎采用中西医结合治疗，临床效果良好，故值得进行借鉴和使用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophicgastritis. Methods:80 cases ofchronic atrophic gastritis patients admitted to our hospital from October 2014 October2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control groupaccording to the sequence of admission, the control group was treated withwestern medicine therapy while the observation group received integrated traditionalChinese and western medicine, the effects of two groups were observed andcompared. Results: The total efficiency of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that of the control group, 75.0%; the recurrence rate ofthe observation group was 5.0%, which was lower than that of the control group,15.0%, P<0.05, the difference wasstatistically significant. Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and westernmedicine had good clinical effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis and itwas worthy of reference and application.
