西医康复联合金钗石斛干预气阴两虚2型糖尿病 的前瞻性分析

【摘  要】目的：本研究拟采用随机、对照、前瞻性的研究方法，探讨金钗石斛的干预在治疗2型糖尿病中的疗效及安全性。方法：选取2013年2月—2015年2月来我院就诊的经诊断为气阴两虚2型糖尿病的患者80例。将其按随机方法分为金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组（27例）、普通石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组（27例）、盐酸二甲双胍组（26例）。所有患者除药物治疗外，同时给予西医康复指导，均以8周为1个疗程。将三组患者治疗1个疗程后疗效和不良反应进行对比。结果：金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组疗效显著优于普通石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组和盐酸二甲双胍组（P＜0.05）。普通石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组疗效显著优于盐酸二甲双胍组（P＜0.05）。三组患者治疗期间均无出现严重不良反应（P＞0.05）。结论：西医康复联合金钗石斛干预气阴两虚2型糖尿病疗效确切，降糖效果和改善临床症状效果良好，安全性高，临床可推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore the effect and safety of Dendrobium nobile in treating type 2 diabetesmellitus by applying randomized, controlled, prospective study method. Methods:80Patients with Qi and Yin deficiency of type 2 diabetes mellitus, admittedand treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015, were dividedinto three groups randomly: Dendrobium nobile combined with metforminhydrochloride group (27 cases), ordinary dendrobe combined with metforminhydrochloride group (27 cases) and metformin hydrochloride group (26 cases). Allthe patients received western medicine rehabilitation guidance in addition tothe medicine treatment; 8 weeks formed a treatment course. The therapeuticeffect and adverse reaction of patients in three groups were compared. Results:The therapeutic effect of the Dendrobiumnobile combined with metformin hydrochloride group was significantly betterthan that of the ordinary dendrobe combined with metformin hydrochloride groupand metformin hydrochloride group (P＜0.05). The therapeutic effect of the ordinarydendrobe combined with metformin hydrochloride group was significantly betterthan that of the metformin hydrochloride group (P＜0.05). There was no serious adverse reaction inpatients of three groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: The combination of western medicinerehabilitation and Dendrobium nobile had significant effect in treating patientswith Qi and Yin deficiency of type 2 diabetes mellitus, it could lower thepatients’ fasting blood glucose and relieve the patients’ symptom of diabetesin addition to being of high security, therefore, it could be widely applied inclinic.
